In the spirit of self-improvement, Amy Venner, co-founder of Purium, and other members of the Purium Corporate team embarked on a 30-day Ultimate Lifestyle Transformation on November 3. This journey was filled with many challenges, but the team persevered and ultimately emerged victorious! Along the way, they shared their thoughts and experiences, culminating in a celebratory dinner that marked the end of an incredible journey of transformation.

Goal
Changing my eating habits and refocusing my health journey is my top priority. I started losing weight in January 2019 and kept it off until March 2020. I had a healthier relationship with food, shed pounds, went shopping for new clothes, and felt so much more confident. I reverted to my old, easier habits (like ordering from DoorDash nearly every other day π ) and neglected my health goals after the pandemic hit. Consequently, I have put on even more weight! π
I intend to reignite my commitment to a healthy lifestyle and my fight against obesity by the conclusion of my 30-day adventure. My mum is going to be my Transformation Partner, and we’re both trying to establish healthier routines in our lives. ππ½
10-Day Check-In
It’s been a week, and I’m feeling fantastic! I was honestly worried about my ability to finish the ULT because I had a slightly unhealthy diet prior to this. A lot of people might be curious as to whether I’ve lost weight, and the answer is yes! However, I have learned a great deal about my cravings on my journey π.But what I’ve discovered is that my cravings aren’t as intense throughout the day when I eat breakfast.
I must admit that there have been a few occasions this week when I haven’t had my Aminos or Power Shake π¨. Still, I am steadily getting into a better routine for my health. Even though my first week wasn’t “perfect,” I am still going to keep at it because I am reaping the benefits!
20-Day Check-In
There is a “spiritual/mental” aspect to the Transformation, according to what Amy has said in the past when discussing it. π§ I can say with certainty that I have felt that in the past 10 days. When I’m with my family, we usually order fast food or use a service like DoorDash… Very much π¨π³ It was difficult for me to resist placing an order while they were around. However, I’ve realized that my emotions are the driving force behind some of my cravings. I have a tendency to snack more when I’m angry or worried π.
Partially because of this week, I’ve been able to incorporate portion control into my regular lifestyle meals and recognize when I need to replace unhealthy cravings with healthier alternatives, like a hot cup of Peppermint Bark Protein. It gives me great pleasure to share that my weight loss journey has thus far also persisted β€οΈ.
After 30 Days, What Have You Learned?
I realized after 30 days how much effort and determination goes into changing your life choices. There were days when I strayed from the plan, and the more I did, the less probable it was that I would get back on track the following day. By the end, I felt like I was back on track, and I’m pleased to say that I actually lost some weight! Despite the challenges, I am grateful for the opportunities it presented to discover more about who I am and how to establish positive routines for my health. I will be transitioning to a Daily Core 4 lifestyle with the remaining product because I skipped a few days, so I have extra!

Goal
Although my vegetarian diet is abundant in bread and cheese, it is not necessarily the healthiest. I’m likely the most terrible vegetarian in the world π. Instead of mindlessly eating, I want to push myself to eat nutritious meals planned out in advance. Along with my friend Emma, who will also be participating in the ULT, and my boyfriend Steven, I will have a support system. I’m thrilled they’re coming because they’re the two folks I usually dine out with the most!
10-Day Check-In
I felt a bit scared in the first week, but now I’m feeling great! π I still have a cup of coffee every day, but I try not to drink more than one because I wake up early and it makes mornings a bit tough. Since Postmates is no longer an option, I have also been actively cutting costs. The weight has lifted off my shoulders and my whole body. Aside from training for the Los Angeles 5k, I’m also planning to run the Los Angeles turkey trot. ππ»ββοΈ
20-Day Check-In
The formation of a new habit typically takes around 21 to 30 days. It’s been a while since I last took all of the pills. Even though I’m still trying to eat healthily and stick to a 6-to-8-hour window, I’m finding it difficult to consume all of the Super Amino 23. Coming up on the holidays, I’m worried that I’ll ruin everything. Usually around the holidays, I am coerced into “trying something” even though I don’t eat meat.
After 30 Days, What Have You Learned?
The thirty days seemed like an eternity at times. During the holidays, I regrettably strayed from the schedule. π₯² Less takeaway and an improved sense of well-being led to an improvement in my eating habits. Starting the ULT during the holidays was just bad timing for me because it’s hard to not eat past 5 pm and not drink alcohol at parties. Thanks to everyone who participated in the ULT with me; I learned a lot and had a great time. Thanks to their encouragement, humorous messages, and helpful tips, I have come this far. ππΌπ

Goal
When it’s convenient for me to eat, I eat. I often go without meals and will eat whatever is in my fridge at 8 o’clock in the evening and call it a meal. I’ve been following a vegan diet for almost six years, but it’s basically what you’d find in a 10-year-old’s meal plan. As a former athlete, I’ve made some serious dietary changes since then, and I just don’t feel the same level of energy that I did when I was younger. In the long run, I want to get my life in order by getting back into the routine of regular exercise and healthy eating.
10-Day Check-In
Truthfully, I’ll admit that it took me a while to settle into a routine that worked with my lifestyle. I’m still getting the hang of making my power shake first thing in the morning before heading to work (though one perk of working at Purium is that they always have some on hand). Over the past 10 days, I’ve noticed an improvement in my energy levels and mental clarity. I also feel much more accomplished during my workouts, rather than drained.
20-Day Check-In
Even after 20 days, I still manage to go without taking my supplements or drinking my shakes on a daily basis. Without a doubt, I am leaning towards this schedule more as a way of life than as a first choice among the three. Ever since I started drinking a Power shake first thing in the morning, I’ve been able to stay focused all day long, even after a late night out with friends. In fact, I’m seriously considering switching it up with my morning matcha in the future. Instead of dwelling on my “slip ups,” I am content with the progress I have made.

Goal
Reestablishing my healthy routine is my primary objective with the ULT. Fast food and other unhealthy, convenient meals have become my new normal. Incorporating the ULT into my routine will help me establish simple habits that will benefit my health in the long run.
10-Day Check-In
The ULT’s effectiveness in promoting healthy lifestyle choices has been the most striking aspect for me. I still want to eat junk food for snacks; for example, my family had a sugary dessert at dinner on the weekend, and I ate exactly one bite! (okay, maybe two, but it’s still quite a transformation!)
20-Day Check-In
With all the visiting relatives and other events happening last week, I’ll confess that I’ve been tempted to snack and eat unhealthy foods. I made a mistake and cracked once, but the good thing about the ULT is that it’s not all bad because I ate some chips! The positive changes I’ve made to my lifestyle are having a noticeable impact, and I’m right back where I was. My energy levels are through the roof, and my sleep schedule is normal again.
After 30 Days, What Have You Learned?
The most important thing I’ve learned is that no matter how imperfect things are, you must persist. Rather than letting myself get off track after indulging in a few french fries, a night out at the bar with friends, and an abundance of Thanksgiving dinner, I returned to my healthy routine the very next day! The most important thing I’ve learned is to push through, regardless of what you ate the day before.

Goal
Improving my self-control around food is my number one priority. I decided to try the Intermittent Fasting Schedule because I wanted to push myself to my limits and learn more about my body’s capabilities. I believe that by the conclusion of the month, I will have established more beneficial routines that I can maintain for the remainder of the year and beyond.
10-Day Check-In
The fact that I do not experience hunger when fasting has been one of the most surprising aspects of my journey so far. I’d have thought that being up and about first thing in the morning would make me eagerly anticipate breaking my fast in the final few hours. That hasn’t happened yet, and I really believe the Power Shakes have contributed to my satiety. Hopefully, I can keep up this momentum for the next 20 days on my journey.
20-Day Check-In
I feel confident in my ability to incorporate intermittent fasting into my future routine after 20 days. I cheated a little over the holidays, but I always got back on track the next day. I am excited to finish strong!
After 30 Days, What Have You Learned?
Having the ULT’s final stages fall on Thanksgiving was definitely not ideal. I ate until I felt like I couldn’t eat anything else for a month, and then I ate some more. The best part of the Ultimate Lifestyle Transformation, though, is that being consistent in the days leading up to Thanksgiving helped me get back on track considerably more easily. This ULT has given me new insights about myself and everyone else who has finished their transformations, and now that the 30 days are officially over, I am proud of what I have accomplished.

Goal
Despite my lifelong commitment to physical activity, I have never given much thought to what I eat. Usually, I just eat whatever I want with the intention of “working it off” later. My stamina and energy levels have been significantly lower than they were a year ago. During this metamorphosis, I hope to shed some pounds, alter my perspective on food, and establish new, healthier eating habits. I am filled with anticipation as I embark on this journey of self-discovery.
10-Day Check-In
The ULT plan has worked wonders for me after just ten days. My initial assumption when beginning this transformation was that I would experience constant hunger. I can’t believe how the Power Shakes manage to keep me full and energised all day long. My speed of recovery has increased since I resumed running. Having the support of my coworkers is a huge boost to my motivation. I intend to finish my ULT on a high note.
20-Day Check-In
I’ll admit it has been difficult, but here we are 20 days in! There seems to be a family gathering every weekend during the holidays, and cravings hit like a tonne of bricks. During the first part of this transformation, I was on a roll and even took a weekend break. On Monday, I dove right back in! The ULT is flexible, which is why I love it. I can’t wait to complete this metamorphosis with flair!
After 30 Days, What Have You Learn
Our team’s 30-day ULT is finished, and that was it! The challenge has been a blast. Before beginning this ULT, I knew very little about what to expect. It took an intriguing turn to begin during the holiday season! Even though I made a few mistakes here and there, getting back into my ULT routine was really simple. The most important thing I learned from this challenge is the importance of paying attention to the food you eat and how it affects your mood. It is my hope that I will be able to incorporate the lessons taught at this ULT into my regular routine.
